At no time during the period that your inventory is held by us will we hold title, or any other rights of ownership in the inventory. Title in inventory will continue to be held by you at all times.
Risk of Loss. At no time during the period that inventory is held by us will Amazon Shipping Services carry the risk of loss in the inventory. Risk of Loss will continue to be held by you at all times during our handling of the inventory.
Insurance. It is your responsibility, at all times, to maintain an insurance policy that covers the cost of the inventory. You have the option of adding the Amazon Shipping Services warehouse as a designated storage location to your general inventory policy.
No Insurance. If you choose not to insure your inventory, Amazon Shipping Services will, under no circumstances, be liable for any loss or damage to the inventory stored at our facilities, including but not limited to theft, misuse, fire, or natural disaster.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to apply fees for storing inventory beyond the time required to process your shipment. Storage fees may apply when:
Fees are $20/carton per month if inventory is in cartons, or $70/pallet per month if inventory is palletized.
You agree to allow us to dispose of inventory resulting from the following conditions after thirty (30) days without notice:
We may immediately dispose of any inventory deemed dangerous or hazardous, including items with broken glass, mold, liquid or chemical leaks, combustible materials, or sharp unprotected items.
We accept the following forms of payment: Credit Card, PayPal, ACH, Zelle / QuickPay.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
All sales are final and no refund will be issued unless otherwise stated in writing by Amazon Shipping Services.

OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE 1 MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION, OR $2,000.00 USD.
These Terms of Service and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be commenced in the state and federal courts located in Hartford County, Connecticut.
